Bellator 27 Technical difficulties??

okay so im watching it and all it says is technical difficulties..anyone else see this on screen?
UPDATE:its back up|||joe warren wow :)|||How did they handle it?
Also how did UFC handle FN 21 (I was there so I didnt get to see it on tv)
