Sources close to the situation informed TMZ.com of the news earlier today. The extent of the injury and how it occurred currently remains unclear.

damn i hope they find lil nog an opponent!!!! OMG either jones or thiago silva would be awesome matchups, although thiago just had surgery recently and has just got back into the gym, i highly doubt he'd be ready in such short notice... but bones jones im sure is able to fight, the question is will the ufc want to put one of there future superstars up against a highly dangerous lil nog on such a short notice???

I was just about to post this. Yawn. They surely could have found someone better i havent been impressed with any UFC cards recently 113 should be good though.|||I was hoping for Bones Jones aswell. That would have been better than Griffin vs Lil Nog.

Koscheck was funny though when he was talking about his bleached hair "I will make sure it will be nice and shiny for him" lmfao. But I hope Daley knocks his * out. Although I think Kos will take him down for 15 minutes. He did say that he might stand but why would he, he is so close to a title shot now, would be dumb to take a risk like that.|||

some ppl were saying he's a fast rising prospect, i personally havent seen him fight but i do know that he beat eric shafer on the prelim card for "ufc on versus", but his fight before that he lost to elliot marshall, who was recently cut from the ufc after losing to matyushenko on the same "ufc on versus" card
and i agree with everyone else, bones jones vs lil nog would've been EPIC!!! much better matchup than griffin/nog, i aswell think lil nog would've picked griffin apart
i also read that the ufc has just signed back tim boetch, and he's gonna face thiago silva at ufc 117, another waste of a matchup!!! thiago should be fighting top tier opponents, boetch should have to rack up a few wins before getting a shot at someone like him imo|||

oh man I CANT WAIT for this card!!!! im still pissed off about the shogun/machida decision, so now its payback time for shogun!!! i think the cards are stacked against him though, beating machida once is a huge feat itself, doing it twice in a row is just an insane challenge... i still have total faith that he'll be victorious though, this time i think we'll see him get machida on the ground and either get a tko or a submission, late in the fight, 4th rd :)|||

Yeah I am excited aswell. For one because lately there have been alot of fights with dominant champs and even though Frank Edgar pulled the upset on BJ Penn, I always thought BJ Penn was going to win that fight.
But in this card I really cant say anything about most of the fights.
Shogun Machida, No idea who will take that one.
Daley Koscheck, I guess Koscheck if he wants to take it to the ground but still anything can happen.
Kimbo Mattrione, I dont even care, but no idea on that one either!
It will be interesting to see how Machida will try to handle the legkicks. I still think Shogun will atleast try his same gameplan for a little while. But more so I believe both have no intention of letting this one go to the judges. :)
